2023年首届国际高级翻译人才培植研修班通知
为推动翻译人才发展，突出实践和效果导向，着眼夯实翻译专业基础、强化翻译综合能力、培植融通中外的复合型翻译人才、加强高层次翻译人才队伍建设，提升广大师友的翻译理论与研究水平，拓展国际化视野，接轨国际前沿理论与翻译实践，译国译民集团拟举办2023年首届国际高级翻译人才培植研修班。具体安顿如下：

Laura Burian

Laura Burian is the Dean of Teaching, Learning, and Faculty Development, and professor of Chinese/English translation and interpretation at Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey (MIIS).
After graduating from the Institute’s Chinese Translation and Interpretation program in the 1990s, Dean Burian moved to China where she first served as Assistant Director of the Duke Study in China Program, then became an in-house Chinese/English translator/interpreter/legal assistant in the Beijing office of a New York law firm, and then became a freelancer. She maintains a dynamic portfolio of high-profile translation and interpretation clients in both the public and private sector.
李长栓教授
北京外国语大学高级翻译学院教授、副院长，1996年毕业于北京外国语大学高级翻译学院，取得硕士学位；是联合国兼职译审和活跃的口译员，有数百万字的笔译体会和上千次会议的口译体会。主要著作有：《非文学翻译理论与实践》（中译公司）、《非文学翻译》（外研社）、《理解与表达：汉英翻译案例讲评》（外文社，与施晓菁合著）、《理解与表达：英汉口译案例讲评》（外研社）、《联合国文件翻译教程》（中译公司，与陈达遵合著）、《汉英翻译译注评》（清华大学出版社）、《联合国文件翻译译注评》（清华大学出版社，2020）《北外高翻笔译课》(中译出版社，2020)、《法律术语翻译二十讲》(商务印书馆，2020)、《如何撰写翻译实践报告》(中译，2020)。
Alaina Brandt
Alaina Brandt is an Associate Professor of Professional Practice within the Translation and Localization Program at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, where Brandt teaches about localization project, production, vendor, terminology, and quality management. Brandt is Secretary of the American Translators Association and Membership Secretary of ASTM International Committee F43 on Language Services and Products. She is also Chair of ATA’s Standards Committee. Brandt holds a master’s degree in language, literature, and translation, specializing in Spanish to English translation from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Prior to teaching, Brandt held various roles related to translation and localization production management at companies of varying levels of localization maturity. She’s helped to direct production of multilingual language products in over eighty languages, and she’s translated content to English from over twenty Spanish-speaking countries, including the United States, Mexico, and Venezuela.
王华树副教授
王华树，翻译学博士，副教授，北京外国语大学高级翻译学院硕士研究生导师，兼任中国外文局翻译院智能翻译实验室执行主任，中国翻译协会翻译技术委员会秘书长，中国英汉语比较研究会外语教诲技术专业委员会副秘书长，世界翻译教诲联盟翻译技术研究会会长，《中国科技术语》编委等。多年来致力于推动翻译技术产学研的生态合成，在《中国翻译》《外语界》《外语电化教学》《上海翻译》以及The Interpreter and Translator Trainer 等期刊发表论文七十余篇，主持国家级、省部级及校级科研项目十多项，出版《翻译搜索指南》《人工智能时代翻译技术研究》《计算机辅助翻译概论》《使用程序本地化》《翻译与本地化项目治理》等十多部著作。研究领域：翻译技术、外语教诲技术、语言服务治理。
Jacolyn Harmer
Jacolyn Harmer, born and educated in the UK, earned her BA in French/German at the University of Bradford before training as a conference interpreter at the European Communities (now European Union) in Brussels where she began her career, initially as a staff interpreter and then as a freelancer for international institutions and the private market. Professor Harmer joined the Monterey Institute of International Studies’ Graduate School of Translation Interpretation faculty as a full-time translation and interpretation professor in 1985, combining teaching with her freelance professional practice. Her clients have ranged from heads of state and government to medical missions in the global South. A long-standing member of the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC), Professor Harmer served for several years on the AIIC Training Committee. She earned her Diplôme d’Études Approfondies (Master of Advanced Studies / MAS) in interpreter training from the University of Geneva School of Translation and Interpretation in 2003 and joined the MAS teaching team. She has since designed and contributed to interpreter trainer programs worldwide.

董妙子，自由职业译员，一级翻译职称。美国蒙特雷高翻会议口译硕士、北京外国语大学高级翻译学院同声传译硕士。曾任北京语言大学、南开大学口译课程外聘教师。2019-2022年全国口译大赛出题人、评委。博鳌亚洲论坛、乌镇国际互联网大会、“纪念新中国恢复联合国合法席位50周年”蓝厅论坛、冬奥会北京新闻中心等活动同声传译员。
Winnie Yung-Chung Heh
Since graduating with a Master of Arts in Translation and Interpretation from MIIS, Winnie has worked as a freelance conference interpreter, taught interpretation at the Institute, and held a variety of positions in the Language Service Provider industry. She has held prominent roles for the past 25 years with LanguageLine Solutions, most recently serving as Vice President of Transformation.
崔启亮博士
工学博士，对外经济贸易大学英语学院副教授、硕士研究生导师、国际语言服务与治理研究所所长。中国翻译协会理事，中国翻译协会本地化服务委员会副主任，南开大学、大连外国语大学、西安外国语大学等多所高校硕士研究生导师，《上海翻译》和《翻译研究》杂志编委。发表学术论文70余篇，出版专著1部，出版行业调研报告3部，编写出版书籍10本，主持教诲部、国家语委、外文局和全国MTI教指委等科研项目10多项。具有十多年国际语言服务项目实践体会，先后在北京莱博智公司、保捷环球公司、传思科技公司、昱达公司等中外语言服务公司工作，研究方向：本地化翻译、计算机辅助翻译、语言服务。
