电商物流运行呈加快恢复态势
China's e-commerce logistics further expanded in February as economic recovery in China accelerated. According to a survey jointly conducted by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing and e-commerce giant JD.com, the index tracking e-commerce logistics activities reached 107.2 points, up 2.6 points from the previous month, higher than the 1.8-point growth in January. 十四届全国人大一次会议收到代表议案271件
A total of 271 motions were submitted by deputies during the first session of the 14th National People's Congress, China's top legislative body, as of noon on March 7. 268 of the motions are legislation related and three focus on supervision. Some motions call for the promotion of a high-level socialist market economy and improving high-quality growth by formulating new laws for digital economy, business environment and modern logistics, with amendments to existing laws such as the Insurance Law and the Consumer Protection Law.
到3月7日12时，十四届全国人大一次会议秘书处共收到代表提出的议案271件。 在这些议案中，有关立法方面的268件，有关监督方面的3件。部分议案提出，通过修改《保险法》、《消费者权益保护法》等现有法律，制定数字经济、营商环境、现代物流等相关法律，以高水平社会主义市场经济体制推动高质量发展 。

首都绿化委员会办公室公布2023年义务植树尽责招待点
March 12 marks China's Tree Planting Day. Beijing has set up 11 tree planting spots this spring, with a total area of 1.58 million square meters. Residents can book a tree planting activity and “adopt” green spaces through internet platforms. 31 tree planting spots welcome the public to plant trees and “adopt” green spaces online all year round.

珍稀水生物成了怀柔河湖常客
According to the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Beijing’s Huairou District, the average annual water quality of two rivers in the district has reached Class A for the first time in 2022, and the quality of water ecological environment in Huairou District significantly improved. Rare aquatic creatures such as peach blossom jellyfish and water buttercup have been found in the rivers and lakes in Huairou District.
北京市怀柔区生态环境局最新公布的数据展示，位于密云水库上游的龙潭沟门（白河）、汤河口（汤河）两个考核断面，2022年年均水质首次达到Ⅰ类，怀柔区水生态环境质量显著提升。“水中大熊猫”桃花水母、“水质监督员”水毛茛等珍惜水生物均在怀柔区河湖中被发现。
老北京的“百科全书”《北京民俗大全》发行
A book titled "Beijing Folklore Collection" was published on March 12. Jointly published by the Beijing Society of History, Geography and Folklore and other government departments, the book provides readers with knowledge about Beijing folklore and also serves as an encyclopedia for sociological researchers. The book presents in detail the history, traditions, rituals and folk customs of Beijing.
