看到可爱萌物就想捏，是心理有问题吗？科学阐明来了

文章开始之前，先看个猫猫。
怎么样，是不是超级可爱？心里有没有小爪子挠般的不得劲儿，甚至那种“看到可爱的东西，双手不自然收紧，想要狠狠地Rua”的“老毛病”又犯了？
放心，你不是一个人，很多人看到可爱的事物都会有这种反应。这不是病，不算暴力倾向，也不是变态心理，反而是一种温热积极的表现。
可爱侵略
2012年，耶鲁大学 （Yale University）的两位心理系研究生Oriana Aragón和Rebecca Dyer做了一项实验，她们让志愿者看看可爱动物、搞笑动物和中性动物的照片，然后对他们的感受进行评级。

结果不出所料，可爱的照片引发了志愿者更强烈的情感，比如“我受不了了！” ，“我想捏点东西！”
As expected, cute photos elicited stronger emotions — the volunteers were more likely to agree with statements like, “I can’t stand it!” and “I want to squeeze something!"

接着，他们又开展了第二次实验。这次实验中，志愿者只是人手拿一张泡泡纸，在看与前一实验中相同的三组图片时，可以随意捏破泡泡纸。
研究人员发现，与看看搞笑或中性动物的照片的人相比，看看可爱动物照片的人在泡泡纸上挤爆了更多的泡泡。

为什么会产生可爱侵略？
研究人员认为可爱的身体特征，例如大眼睛、大头、胖乎乎的脸颊、短胳膊短腿，这些是无助和脆弱的信号，唤起了我们关怀和照顾的本能。

但是碍于情境上的限制（如参与者只是看着动物的照片）我们无法立刻拥抱它们或是拍它们的头从而称心自己的本能。所以我们感到受挫，进而演变成为一种侵略性。
另一种可能是，其实我们经常会以负面的方式宣泄正面的情绪（例如喜极而抽泣），因此可爱侵略性可以扶助我们宣泄“可爱到受不了”的情绪。
所以，它出现的意义可能是大脑为了调剂我们失控的情绪状态，所以对其他事物造成侵害。

大家都有可爱侵略吗？
Oriana提出，大约50%-60%的人在面对难以忍受的可爱事物时会表现出一种模拟进攻性的行为，并不是人人都会有这种矛盾的心理体验。

同时，这种“萌系侵略”来得快，往得也快。实验参与者表明，在看到可爱幼崽图片后会立刻产生积极情绪，五分钟后，这种积极情绪便有所减弱；其中，对于对婴儿具有这种冲动的人，他们积极情绪的下降幅度会更大。
因此，不必担心有萌系侵略心理会演化成一种暴力倾向，或者使人变成虐待狂——它只阐明大家对可爱事物没有一点反抗力。
