北京“两区”建设将增强重点园区开放承载力

The Beijing municipal work report has called for higher opening-up standards in upgrading the city's "Two Zones" in 2023. The zones offer preferential policies for both foreign and domestic investors in sectors such as science, culture, entertainment, finance, tourism and healthcare. Authorities say they will continue to concentrate on institutional innovation with advanced international rules and practices as a benchmark to maximize market vitality.

2月23日，在北京市“两区”建设新闻发布会上北京市商务局表达，全市各区都明确了“两区”建设的重点承载园区，今年将分层分类推动重点园区（组团）提升。这些园区将为科学、文化、娱乐、金融、旅游和医疗等领域的国内外投资者提供优惠政策。北京将陆续以国际规则和惯例为基准，在做好“内功”的同时，推动园区与国内外自贸区、服务业扩展开放试点联动发展。

Water delivery work in Miyun Reservoir for 2022-2023 was successfully completed, with over 39 million cubic meters of water delivered. Since the end of 2014, Miyun Reservoir has accumulated more than 570 million cubic meters of water from the south of China. It further ensured the safety and stability of water supply in the capital.

2月24日，历时58天的2022-2023年度密云水库冬季输水工作圆满完成，总输水量达3978万立方米。自2014年底，密云水库已累计存蓄南水超过5.7亿立方米。进一步保障了首都供水安全和稳定。

首都机场临空经济区开通进口生物制品检验绿色通道

A green channel for the inspection of imported biological products opened at the Beijing Capital International Airport. It was jointly launched by the Capital Airport Economic Zone Management Committee and the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control. With the support of the green channel, customs clearance time for inspection and sampling of imported biological products is shortened from 24 hours to 1.5 hours, greatly improving efficiency. At present, the green channel is being tried out in pilot companies and will be expanded to other enterprises in the future.

首都机场临空经济区的进口生物制品检验绿色通道，由首都机场临空经济区管委会与中国食品药品检定研究院协作建设。在绿色通道功能加持下，进口生物制品检验抽样受理通关时间从24小时缩短到1.5小时，大幅提高了进口生物制品的通关检验效率。目前，该绿色通道在试点企业进行试用，后续将在园区其他进口医疗企业妥善使用。

京唐城际北京段接进城市副中心隧道开挖

届时北京到唐山39分钟可达

Excavations of the Beijing section of the Beijing-Tangshan inter-city railway, connecting Beijing's Sub-center and neighboring Tangshan city, started on February 25. After the opening of the Beijing Sub-Center Station, it will only take 39 minutes to travel from Beijing’s Tongzhou District to Tangshan city.

2月25日，京唐城际铁路北京段接进北京城市副中心隧道正式开挖。北京城市副中心站开通之后，从这里出发，仅需39分钟即可到达唐山。

6号线一期20座车站全部换成LED灯

Beijing Subway successfully completed the energy-saving transformation of lighting in the public areas of 20 stations in Phase I of Line 6. It is estimated that this transformation alone can save 5.2 million kilowatt-hours of electricity and reduce over 3,100 tons of carbon dioxide emissions each year. The transformation will be expanded to Line 7, Line 8 North Section, Line 10 Phase II, Line 9, and Line 6 East Extension.

北京地铁已顺利完成6号线一期20座车站公共区照明灯具的节能改造。据估算，仅此一项改造，每年能节约520万度电，减少二氧化碳排放3141吨。下一步，北京地铁公司将在总结6号线一期车站灯具节能改造体会的基础上，推动开展7号线、8号线北段、10号线二期、9号线、6号线东延共5条线路车站照明灯具LED的提级治理，提高车站照明度，改良乘客候车环境。

北京春招25.5万招聘岗位迎来开门红
