realme GT为何频繁自动锁帧？

I understand, realme GT sometimes automatically locks the frame rate because of high temperatures. When your phone's temperature is too high, it will lock the refresh rate to 120 Hz for safety reasons. This can cause rapid temperature increases in the battery as well. If the battery detects that the temperature has exceeded a certain threshold, it may forcibly switch back to 60 Hz. To test if this issue persists after cooling down, wait until the temperature decreases and then try re-enabling the 120 Hz high refresh mode. It might still work properly once the device cools down.
